My Review

Well on to the next review as I take a look at 1919 movie with this double Labor Day review here the first movie called the Doll from the year 1919 sounds like a horror movie title but it not hopefully so going to look at it and see if it is good only about a 1 hour and 6 mins so not long so going to give you some of my thoughts.

Plot story thoughts

This was 1919 so was there even plot story yes there Is no sound though yet this was 1919 into start off with act 1 so was this a play maybe so we go to act with a guy who look like set up a play or a display then it goes to where real life people are walking and one of them falls in the water then he visit his uncle who look to be not well so he asked his nephew saying you should get married so after hearing that all woman go after him as he try to get away I guess he a ladies man will say that funny with him being chased bye the ladies my guess he rich guy?

After a few mins of being chased he fools them and go visit 3 guys eating which one of them is his brother or father maybe hard to tell he invited him in but only gives him a piece of toast really you only give your son that ano nothing else so it goes past 7 days and he still hiding but how long unit father finds out he must get married for money so now he tells him go buy a doll and marry her so he just go buy a doll and marry her and not make one as first act ends with thinking.

On to act 2 as he look for a doll from a doll marker who is show making the doll least we get to see that who image is his daughter so he making a doll looking like his daughter he does pretty good job they both look alike why does he need a doll anyway after that I think I may have a clue where we going the guy will fall for either the doll or dummy maybe in a odd way.

After that them two have not meet the kid dance around with doll as she fall now arm fall off great kid you broke her and try to put her back to together again yeah I heard that story before if you know the story of that so the sister acts like the doll may as well they look alike and no one tells this kid can of creepy kissing small all ladies.

After the guy finally meets the doll took 30 mins to do so is this the doll or the daughter hard to tell because they both look alike it maybe the daughter because after hearing getting marry her reaction was priceless so he takes the doll but he does not know I think she real and not a doll I wonder how long the daughter can go as her without telling him the truth her without telling him or I could be wrong this could be the doll the whole time they do prettty good job on having you guess but truth will come soon as this is only 1 hour 6 mins long.

Well truth comes out and it was daughter as father figures out and gets mad his hair changed too as he gets mad can of funny and can of odd so he goes after the kid this goes on for a mins but a little bit long get back to the doll story would you I will say funny too some little bit of comedy there.

So they get back to the story where wedding going on what he does not know she real and not the doll acting is funny as she try to be the doll and not eat in front of him funny they all start dancing with her thinking she is a doll and just program to dance as act three ends with her slapping him as we move on to act 4 my guess the final act?

Act 4 starts off with wedding being over and they are leaving there only 10 mins you know the truth going to come out here or does it or not is ? They try and put her in the junk room but it backfired bad on them. Almost near the end here he still thinks she a doll and she still acting the one time to tell him the truth I want to see his reaction the truth does come out and his reaction was funny but he didn’t care much as they get out of castle the father try to go there with flying balloons but was shut down and land there and son shows him he was married and it ends on a happy note final thoughts below.

Final thoughts

A very funny movie the acting was good Ossi was great as doll fooling all and story was good too for a 1919 silent film father was funny kid was sort of funny so yeah funny movie the doll is it is indeed worth checking out. On to the next one ypu see find out which movie gets review next on this Labor Day.
