My Review 

Silly movie this is but funny as well too me this beat comedy yet that I see with cone shape heads people that come to earth after there space- ship now they trying to get back there to home but will not be picked up for years so now they must hide from government and try to make a life of there own and there daughter as well birth scene was kind of funny whole room shake when there daughter being born can of funny there were lots of great funny moments in this one so what do I like well let me tell you below.

Like when he see any food oh This I will enjoy it or when he sucks or eats toilet paper that was silly but had me laughing or when Connie eat the sandwich that was pretty cool as well also like when hug fireworks go boom at homecoming and everybody was cheering it was pretty cool firework effect that indeed blow everybody mind that for sure there so many funny moments in this would take forever to list them all.

As for acting some of great acting in this from Dan Aykroyd in this he made his Character very funny in he had me laughing a lot he been my favorite actor since ghostbusters also he was one of writers of this movie as well too me he write another good movie to me as for acting it was very good as well you had lots great acting in this no bad acting that I see.

For years to come will remember this as being a classic movie just love this movie fun one to watch if you need a laugh everything about this one is gold comedy to me as well if you have not see coneheads do so and I think you will like it as I did.

I give coneheads (1993) a rating out of 10/10 a 7/10 because it was great. 

Hairspray (1988) Movie Review

My Review 

Well have to say this one of most silly movies this one from what I see look to be who has most crazy hair do lol there is some crazy hair styles in this one but it is about a dance contest and who has best moves so is this plot of movie yes which is not bad there is a lot of dancing In this one it does have a lot of classic songs so if you wonder what year story takes look like 60’s which they did good on Costumes and hair as well even some hair look goofing have to say plot wasn’t bad it at the end it prove all colors can get along with each this is not a bad Musical movie from start to end as well.

Also some names you know show up in this ricki lake this was her first movie and she did not bad also sonny Bono is in this along with Ric Ocasek who played a small part in as Beatnik cat painter very funny I was like wow that is him and also Debbie Harry from blonde was in as well that was Surprise to me because I am a fan of her and her band as well she played amber mom she is very good at acting love her in this crazy role also Divine who played 2 parts one as mayor and mom of Tracy thought he was very good as well not bad acting in this one will say.

Well have to say not a bad movie back years ago was not a fan and thought it was crap but after re-watch it again here in 2021 not a bad movie is it best movie I see no but will say it was good.

18 again (1988) Movie review

My review

There have been many body switching movies since freaky Friday and I have see a lot movies so I am taking a look at another body switching movie this time between grand papa and grandson.

This one stars George burns who is very funny and a great actor in this one as well in this one at his birthday party he wished he was 18 again well an accident makes his wish come true in a crazy way now he is trapped In Dave body whole David is in his body which is unlucky and is in a coma so now grandpa gets to have a little fun being 18th again so now he has chance to change David life as him fix a few problems like stop bully’s picking on David and maybe get a girl to like him as well yes it will be a tough challenge but will he be able to pull it off is the question?

Also like that George still does some talking as Dave though him so even though body is a coma you still get that also what odd he gets beat up by girl he like boyfriend and well gets a bloody lip and nose and next Scene he heal pretty crazy huh either he was fast at healing or skip days that what I love about movies.

I did like this movie it was a cute movie with a great plot and some great acting as well and had a great ending as well a rare treat this movie was it is very special Indeed most body switching movies I see some are sloppy but this was not in my view it was done very good on writing my hats off to everybody in this one again it and Charlie Schlatter nail he was very good at being George it was about close as you can get from start to the end I did enjoy this one if you have not see 18th again do so because it a fun 80’s classic.

I give this movie out of 10/10 rating a 8/10 because it was great.

Dumbo (1941) Movie Review

My Review......

This one has been part of childhood cartoon since I kid I remember see this for first time back in 80’s and love it a lot it was a cute movie about elephant with big ears who is being bullying bye others only friend he has who he meets later on is a little mouse isn’t that something and friendship takes right off they go though a lot it was sort of odd and cute friendship it was from start to the end of movie the mouse does indeed help him a lot though the bad and pretty good writing there something you won’t see in real life though.

Dumbo does have some bad luck though the movie so bad everybody turn on him so they made him joke of him making him a clown this movie does have a lot of bullying just make sod to see what elephant goes though but that part of story as well now is this musical movie think so seem like a lot of musical scenes in this one from what I see this indeed a good family movie for that just for everybody right now my favorite one is pink elephants scene think mouse and dumbo had too much to drink after wine fall in water Bucket so then things went crazy with pink elephants in sky but they put on one heck of show and I like how when it was over pink elephants just turn to Clouds in the sky that some good writing there.

So how was this movie going to end it was not long long movie so there not much of 1st half or 2nd half but for pretty much a hour and 4 mins movie they did get everything in this and it turn out great some sad moments but this was great cartoon movie with happy ending as well.

Hats off to everybody in this voiceovers were great and it was fun to watch this movie again this is indeed a must see family movie if you have not see it yet I am sure you will like it as much as I do still and at end you find out the true meaning of movie as well.

I give this Movie Dumbo (1941) out of 10/10 rating a 8/10 because it was great.

Arcade (1993) Movie Review

My Review

This is a full moon and just like others intro credits are a little long though which is ok but little boring but least you can have a small bathroom break before movie starts.

I do like movies with video games type movies when I see arcade was on where I go to watch free movies figure I would check it ok this one is about a reality virtual game taking over teenagers mind sounds can of creepy but I see movies like this before this one when you lose the game takes you so where do they go first half doesn’t tell you much but does have a nice build up on when her friends Disappear then things started picking up because 2 teens must find a to beat this evil and maybe save there friends as well it is a game that will be not easy to beat.

This one sort of reminds me of Tron movie series games look same almost in fact Disney sue them because they thought this movie was copying there tron too me not Really but it came as about close as you get though so they were lucky full moon was to get this movie out .

The video game Graphics of this movie look good for the final battle between her and arcade but for some reason after that had one of most chessy ending I ever see shame though that can of ruin it in my view the acting was little chessy some but was nice to see Peter billingsley again he was ok but didn’t do much seem like battle was between Megan Ward character and arcade she was pretty good in this one too me I think this was a Low budget movie because of that movie I will say I did like this some but not a whole lot will say it is not worst I see from start to end if it had more money could of been a great one but if you do like arcades and video games type movies I think you will like this little chessy movie and also to close this review it felt like more of here in future movie then 1993 movie oh will say ending could of lead to another movie but never happen nice touch at ending even if it was chessy.

I give Aracde (1993) a rating out of 10/10 a 6/10 for good. 

Dream a little Dream (1989) Movie Review

My Review 

This is a movie I have not see for a long time so figure I watch it again when this came out remember see it on tv on previews and viewer choice PPV but did not get to see it for a whole because I thought it look silly at first because I did not know much about Corey Feldman and Cory Haim yet unit I see the lost boys when I figure I give this one a chance so this first time I am watching this since I see back in 1991 or 1992 so let see what I think about it in 2021.

Well have to say this is not a bad one but story or plot is a little strange with teens running into each other a whole dream researcher was doing Meditation I think some how accident sent the teen to Dream state and old guy switch with teenage he try’s to get him to go back but Bobby has no plans to return keeping the old man trap inside of Bobby then whole movie goes he will return if Coleman can correct his screwed existence while helping him get Lainie .

Have to say this a good movie even plot little silly it is not bad music is good with songs like Young at heart by Frank Sinatra’s and also both versions of Dream a little Dream which is a cool song also acting is very good you got Corey Feldman and Corey Haim and also Meredith Salenger as well she was very pretty as well also this movie was good on romantic stuff and comedy as well in this dream sequences was very good and interesting the ending look like it was going to be bad but things change fast so was this a dream the whole time or maybe Coleman did what he needed and everything work out anyway a not bad ending can of odd but good did like how we got Coleman and Bobby dance at credits great way to end this movie if your a fan of both coreys and have not see this one you should because it is a great movie.

Swamp thing (1982) Movie Review

My Review

I think this is the very swamp thing Movie and what cool is Wes Craven direct it so was it good it was pretty good storytelling on how the swamp thing monster was born and created it was bad guys who killed him and turn him into this thing so now he out for Revenge against them and try to protect the woman he worked with at start of movie as well one thing for sure good thing swamp thing did look pretty good for makeup and scary some as well so who was main guy arcane or Dr. Arcane who was Into Dr. Alec formula I guess so he test it for himself or something not sure but boy did we find out at the end he pretty much test that on himself and well what he turn into was ugly and scary some as well whole the ending wasn’t too big but it was not bad fight between two monsters ugly monster was little weak though but after that it did not have a bad ending though.

Now do have to say some scenes was good and some little bit lag but bad guy transforms into that thing was can of scary but end results was little better though of the movie and as for acting it was both bad and good first half was good last half went down a lot but I did enjoying Dick Durock as swamp thing he was very good at playing swamp thing in this one.

So from start to end it was not bad Movie better then return of swamp thing some it was I would say I would watch this one down the line again check it out if you want too you may like it or not do note it is a little bit chessy but most of 80’s movies that for sure.

I give Swamp thing (1982) a rating out of 10/10 a 7/10 for good.
