all I got to say about this after looking at trailers from last year and waiting for a long time to see it I got to say it wasn't my cup of tea most of good parts was at the ending most of acting was bad Julianne Moore as the crazy mom was ok but she wasn't as good as the one who played carrie mom in 1970's one. Chloë Grace Moretz as Carrie was she better Carrie then sissy to not hate on Chloë but no she was not even close to the great sissy lets say Chloe was ok but her acting was better in kick ass movies then this as for the rest of acting wasn't good almost bored me Prom scene was ok good effects wasn't bad that about it as the only good parts of the movie well now that done lets go to my final thoughts below.

when it comes down to this one vs 1970's one must say 1970's carrie was better for acting and scary this one didn't feel as scary as that one final rating will be below hope after this they stop remake Carrie movie.
