Secret Admirer (1985) Movie Review

Synopsis

High schoolers on the last day before Summer break get totally confused as unsigned love letter makes the rounds and everyone thinks it’s for them.

Up next possible a drama movie hopefully not too much So my next review is another 80’s movie called the Secret admirer from 1985.

This sounds like a teen romance movie with start of movie title at start you see someone writing the letter female by the way look whoever it was put in book and it was written to Michael whoever it was wants to stay secret because she did not sign her name so him and his friends are on a quest to see who it my guess it probably turns out to be Tory because every time he brings it up she give him a odd look I can tell she may like him but I am only 20 mins in the movie so way to early for the person to reveal the big secret on who write that letter micheal starts thinking it was from Debbie because he in love with her

Wait a min the one who play mom is from ET movie that is something then she finds the letter and freaks out as well I wonder if she think letter from mail guy seems like even father pick it up and he think the teacher is one sending it and boy this letter is going around crazy this is funny because everybody who gets that letter start to act crazy and funny they do a good job with comedy there even though.

But then it get more weird as Tony writes a letter to Debbie for Micheal sounds like because for some reason he thinks it is her that write the letter because when she see him with Debbie she doesn’t look happy at all Tony does right thing she saved micheal from getting beat up by Steve yet again bye going out with too his apartment but she get away when he not looking.

So micheal got his wished now him and Debbie are together but when she finds truth they may not be sure it will come here near the end though.

While micheal and Debbie are dating there parents are fighting each other here near the end was funny though.

Seems like there problems near the end between everybody include Micheal and debbie but after parents found out truth about letter things iron out a little so after breaking up with Debbie micheal goes and see Tony and he tells her the truth but she for some reason turns him down and slam the door on his face but then later just as thought the mystery person behind is Tony Good guess but maybe too late as she leaving for a year he better hurry and get to the boat before it leaves it was very close some how he caught the boat before it left and he got Tony at end it was her the whole time who was in love with him the whole time not a bad ending but happy them two end up with each other at the end though.

So was this a great movie not bad will say good for comedy both of there parents fighting and get mix up with letter was funny had a nice laugh though but in the end everything turn out ok acting was chessy some but not worst though so did I like this one well some can of chessy with letter falling into everybody hands but in the end it indeed pay off for Micheal and Toni as well so if you like some cheesy comedy like this indeed worth checking out that for sure.
