My review

I heard a lot of good reviews about this movie being good so figure to review it for this week and I don’t think it is a horror movie but plot sounds a little scary I just hope in end I be agree with the ones who review this that it is a great movie after all.

Movie starts off with nice music but it getting creepy sort of horror theme there slowing down then we see a girl looking out window then her dad says don’t look out window wonder why he keep her so undercover and scared to let her out in world I hope the reason is huge not sure who plays chole the little girl but in first five mins of watching her acting is very good as well.

Back to story the father maybe die as he seems to get worst with blood on eyes then she opens the door and see a woman screaming or something indeed a little jump scared there maybe I was wrong this has a little horror in it then she gets a book called Mr snowcone and Princess then she asks girl to bring her ice cream and she did very creepy it like she told her to do I think this is her power well girl try to bring her ice cream but father stop her but girl mom came and it Barry mom from the flash well same actress who play his mom though this get weird as she ends up in the same room with the girl then she ask her to be here mom very odd writing there didn’t tell how she got there fast.

Then later father comes home and does not bring her the ice cream because look like he was shot so while her dad is out cold she goes out to ice truck the guy sounds creepy but should she trust him or not is question but she does so guess she finally gets out of house maybe this guy is not too bad after all ok he is little odd but then they throw one heck of twist that he is her grandpapa maybe and also the only way for her to see him again if dad is knock out.

Ok writing for this is odd one as girl see her mom in room and then she said your not real and when she opens the door her mom is gone not sure about that maybe it was in her mind or power to see dead people probably in her mind though.

Seems like when dad is a sleep weird things happen she see her friends they tease her though then that house has some creepy vibe in that for sure will say soundtrack is very good of this movie as well.

After watching 44 mins into the film still have no clue what the heck is going on yet but it does give you a little bit of answers not too much yet but at 54 mark it gets odd as Mr snowcone become a priest and talks to cop too me I think Mr Snowcone is probably the one who after her and her father or he something powerful force.

Then father jumps out of no where and later pays neighbor to take his daughter but that did not work out as she got in her mom friend mom and then she freaks out and call the cop I guess some of there powers look to be hearing what and then little girl had the cop stab her with pen and almost kill her as well.

This probably one of most weird plot I see but will say it is interesting story though even though let’s first half was little bit hard to follow some.

Last 25 mins did pay off some as she trying to save her mom but her grandparent was killed saving her then police chole use her powers to help her mom go free and her mom has powers too seems like this family has powers bad news in end father dies but her mom makes though and saves her but it ended with them flying up in the sky poor poor ending though did not help much though good movie just a poor ending.

Well say acting was good story was ok needed more to understand what the heck this family was about we see what powers they use but needed a little bit of story though but will say effects and soundtrack though but again they didn’t give you a lot on story behind the family if they would add that little bit more would of been too me could of them been aliens or something or just hero team don’t even though the ending was not worst I see could of been better but with that ending will say maybe there be a part 2 not sure this was years ago and think they would of have one made by now not sure in the end will say this movie was good but will say indeed worth see it.

I give freaks (2019) or (2018) a rating of 6/10

Impact (2009) Movie Review

My Review

I love movies with meteor shower in it so on to this week movie review here what I think of Impact (2009) movie below.

Nice start with shot of space going down to earth then we see 2 kids with there father watching stars then we go to England where people watching meteor seems like first few mins force on everybody watching to skies then pop up Natasha Henstridge no she not monster or something like species movies years ago I think she playing a scientist this time.

First five mins everything was looking fine unit meteor hit the moon and gives them a hour before it hits pretty fast there not wasted anytime on meteor thing either allready bring out big stuff early with meteors in sky pretty scary some it like giant fireballs in the air coming to earth it hits the water so tide waves will be huge maybe or not sure how budget on this movie is.

This movie is also 3 hours 7 mins long so I am sure something big will happen within 3 hours of movie.

So far see a couple getting ready to married and she had news for my guess she pregnant and was going to tell him but he had to leave for work.

Then after that at his kids baseball game things started happen phones go out and electric storm hits them must be effect of moon pretty much so after meteor hit moon strange things do start happening slow.

Then it goes back to couple ready to get married and she was indeed pregnant though drama some yes here in first hour pretty much force on building it up some can of slow just a few jump shots but not too much again this movie is 3 hours so hopefully it will pick up in the next hour so this mini series and is 3 parts no did not see it on tv but see it on Tubi the full movie.

So made to 1 hour not too much a great start but got some what boring a few build up but nothing big yet but hour 10 mins in does start to get interesting people flying though the air can off odd after that it does start to pick up as electricity stuff is being effect and they are warning people to stay after electricity and stay in and then everybody starts flying in the air and train starts to crash so things are indeed started to pick up as moon 🌝 is moving away not fast though they might be getting the same results for next 24 hours so it not over yet hopefully them people on train are ok but it was bad crash and also guy girlfriend mom to be is on train that crash as well it will be sad if she dies but that way disaster movies some make it though.

Also news got worst as end of earth could come and get wipe and that how part 1 of this movie series ended.

Part 2 shows everybody is ok some our on train and get off it and go for help as grandpapa and kids try to hit a boat but are are lift in air on road and into air as they crash lucky they are ok for now but then as they walking grandpa starts having a few problems in his gut hopefully they run into someone soon who can help them out before time runs out and goodbye Earth.

So far see a few moments in here but nothing chilling huge yet for this movie but they will try nuke weapons to maybe destroy the moon and maybe end this for good and save earth wonder if work is still question or could make things worst the kids and grandpapa find a place with water but someone almost attack them grandpapa stick up for them but he is hurting bad.

They try nuke weapons but made things worst days of impact just went from 35 to 5 days now then they have another plan and hopefully will work this time as they root the plan kids keep helping grandpapa out but he getting worst there is problem with plan as they need someone who can go up and turns out to be Alex kids father oh man that heartbroken very tough but he choice to be a hero and save the world but wonder who take care kids now because grandpa is not in good shape hopefully the guy who there will be nice to them and help them out sad news just as thought the grandpapa pass away very sad moment hopefully father somehow makes it back would be even more heartbreaking for kids if they lose there dad next.

The guy took kids in he almost left there but felt bad about there grandpapa though and give them a ride good for him least he doing something right there now it up to crew to put a end to this disaster once and for a all kids thank to guy got to talk to there dad probably last time the way it sounds I hope Maddie here takes them in and raise them that how I hope it goes before the end of movie that was tough to watch though him saying goodbye but he doing this to make sure they and many others life’s go on and not end but question is will they able to save earth.

So who put there life on land turn out to be Roland not Alex but did it work or not it did and not only that Alex lived thanks to Roland telling him to go home Roland indeed went down as hero that for sure as movie had a happy ended with Alex see his kids and Maddie again not a bad movie.

So was this good first and 2 part can of lag on writing a little with drama but this turn out to be a good movie at end it sucks roland had to die before see his son or daughter born but movies like they end up having someone sacrifice there lives to save earth so not a bad movie long movie if you watch full version this review is long one in the end to pretty much close it out will say it is indeed a must see if you like good movies with disaster in it.

My Review

This next movie has something to a battle of wizard and computers sounds interesting this from 1980’s movie so will see if it is good or not.

Well first scene in the movie is a guy dreaming of a woman in red must be a dream no one is talking and well she takes off her dress nudity allready at start of movie just as he was going to start making love 3 ugly monsters grab her then on too into which was 5 mins into movie should of had it at start at movie but ok.

So guy wakes up just a dream but I wonder if we see the lady again later on this guy is computer ace later he ask his hot girlfriend to marry him not sure if it me she does look a little older but not too much maybe that me anyway guy goes to bring and dreams he has a dream but for some reason wakes up and brought to another world where wizard my guess challenges and if he lose one of them him and his girlfriend soul will be his but what are challenges Is the question if it has something to do with computers he may be over take them on since he computer ace or wiz..

First challenge was easy all he did was using his computer Brace or something took out a few ugly monsters the wizard for 2 challenge was just music rock challenge lucky he save his girlfriend the first 2 ones were not tough but I am sure he throw something hard at him he wakes up as 2 mini guys steals his computer glove I like to call it now but he does get it back lucky because huge statue comes alive this wizard plan I bet or it him he pretty much beat that though and wizard so wizard offer him ladies and stuff but Paul does not fall for it.

The next challenges look like he frame for girl death so now cops are after him this challenge my guess he has to get to dance place and save his girlfriend lucky he show up to save her another challenge done on to next one.

Seems like challenges are different stories told with ugly characters pretty much this film after watching close to a hour too me they need up the challenges because pretty much wizard throws at him is become weak there was a not a bad battle at end between at them good fight it was winner take all but it ended ok as well with Paul saying yes I marry you and that was it wow no twist or nothing not a bad ending will say ok ending.

Wow what a chessy 80’s movie pointless stuff like challenges will say was little lame and writing in this had way too many plot holes in this 80’s movie Paul the character didn’t get much of challenge because he use computers gloves or power gloves to win all of them this wizard is or evil sorcerer is weak they could of made him tough but did not so after watching this I was hope better ending battle but did not go long as it ended can of odd though even though the writing was not good will say Richard moll was ok for acting as bad guy he is good in roles as bad guy characters anyway this felt like it was short as well only 1 hour 18 mins seem like it was not too much time to tell the story my guess didn’t have a enough money to make it longer so in the end is this a pass or not I would probably say not but if you do like chessy chessy 80’s movies I think you will like this one.

I give The Dungeonmaster (1984) a rating of 5/10

Holy man ( 1998) Movie Review

My Review

Next review is another review of a movie starring eddie Murphy called the Holy Man let’s see what I think below.

The movie starts off with home shopping commercials sale stuff can of odd way to start but ok this network is struggling to make money, and get buyers as well so they looking for a boost to help them out there are familiar faces too at start you do see James brown trying sale stuff and also Betty whit saying makeup what it look like interesting I never see this movie before so I wonder who else will say up Kelly Preston she plays Kate I see a few of her movies she is great acting sure she be good well Ricky and Kate get a flat tire this where Eddie comes in as holy man kissing the ground and then get nailed from someone throwing a soda at him then he see them and goes over to talk them then after getting tire fix when getting ready to leave almost run him over but he pass out can of odd start to Eddie character which is name G yeah just G funny name there.

Anyway he is fine and show up at station 🚉 or network thank them for paying the bills of doctor but funny Kate here welcomes him to stay at her home but Ricky invite him to his house or apartment which look to be on a beach I wonder how long this will work before Ricky gets annoyed by G will see funny part was when G throw out Oj and made his own drink he told Ricky his piss was in there and he spit it out I can of laugh he was joking that was funny indeed.

Ricky throws a party and G comes out and indeed trying to light up party as Ricky is nervous he will mess it up well he pretty much did not he hypnotize a guy and made him feel better in fact everybody approve of him that for sure after that Ricky got a idea for G to work for network and see if it will help out it does ratings go up and they talk to owner and he agrees to let G stay on the network but if he mess up Ricky and Kate will probably be fired well as G is on a air he shows a picture of Ricky and ask everybody to give him a huge think Ricky is embarrassing some but does help shopping items sky rocket so G is hit.

Look like everything was ok and even things between Ricky and Kate are going well little romantic there that for but then a woman comes in and say G father her kids and left them but she told everybody she was lie because someone told her to do this a fool that guy was that for sure.

After that G tells everybody to go look at grass so everybody goes out of there and look at grass this was promote for grass Mat it does sold out quick but you can Tell G is getting worn out that what Kate thinks and time to let him go free this probably where things are going to a hit here close to the end here because Ricky has a chance to move up near the boss and make more money only if he gets G on prime time network Kate hears his plan and this when things go sour between Kate and Ricky here which sad.

Last 15 Ricky indeed pour his heart out there by letting G go and let him continue his journey and not only that he got Kate back as well so the movie ended in great way with G getting the last words as movie ends.

Well have to say Holy man was can of funny need a little more comedy but loved Eddie Murphy as G it was a great character of movie as well I thought plot or story was a little odd but still good with what happen there at the end there would of like to see more where G goes next but they ended it a great way with same place they meet him at start great ended there acting was good some faces show up to sale stuff on network not big roles but good Kelly Preston was great and beautiful in her role as well also thought this would be all comedy but sort of went romantic way between Ricky and Kate as well near the end I hope it worked out for them so if your Eddie Murphy fan and have not see this do so because it was indeed a very good movie that for sure.

I give holy man (1998) a rating of 6/10
