Story
New York Actor Michael Dorsey is a Talented Perfectionist Who is so hard on himself and others that his agent can no longer find him work. after a soap opera audition goes poorly. Michael reinvents himself as actress Dorothy Michaels and wins the part what supposed to be short- lived role turns into a long term contract, but when Michael falls for his castmate Julie complications develop that could wreck everything.

Movie Review
this indeed one out of many Dustin Hoffman great performance in this one he could not act well as a man so he become a woman he was very funny this and even added Bill murray was funny because they were roommates on the movie and thought he was nuts dress up as a woman only him and his agent know this secret that he was Dorothy so acting roles was going well but why everything seem to be going as plan he fall in with Julie but it was tough because she become friends with Dorothy and did not know he was a guy at the end when he showed her the truth pretty much payed the price big time from start to the end enjoy his role in the movie he was very funny.
classic Movie
for years to come yes I say this one a classic because it was great movie funny and great line of acting.
Acting
this also had some acting from some great names which I enjoy like Bill Murray who went on to act in GhostBusters another classic a few years later after this. Jessica Lange as well was in this one she was amazing liked her acting as well Geena Davis as well was in it also and many more great actors as well the acting in this was skyrocket and great in this one which made the movie fun.
Final Thoughts
one of Dustin best movie of all Time in Tootise hats off to him and also director and writer as well for creating this classiv movie because it was great this is a must see for any Dustin Hoffman fan who have not see this one check it out because it is Gold.
